• Selling illegal products

• Attempting to breach or damage the app

3. Content

You are responsible for content you post. Pigeon photos and listing information must be genuine and accurate. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

4. Intellectual property

LoftHub and all its content (design, logo) are owned by the LoftHub team. Photos you post remain your property, and you grant us the right to display them within the app.

5. Disclaimer

LoftHub is an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale transaction and accept no liability for disputes between users. We recommend inspecting pigeons before purchase and exercising caution with sellers.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via the app.
